Tokyo with toddlers: choose one anchor, then protect the reset points
A toddler-friendly Tokyo day is usually one booked or contained anchor plus flexible time for feeding, changes, weather and a child who is done sooner than expected.

For a toddler, choose one main place rather than a packed list. First check the venue’s age rule, stroller rule and baby-care information, then leave the arrival and departure around it open. KidZania is not an activity choice for an under-three; Ghibli Museum stores strollers; and Sanrio Puroland’s stroller rules change on some day types.
Start with the age rule
KidZania activities are for ages 3–15. Under-threes enter free but cannot join regular activities. That can still work when an older sibling is the main visitor, but a toddler needs a separate plan with the adult.
Decide whether the stroller is transport or luggage storage
Ghibli Museum asks visitors to leave strollers in its designated area. At Puroland, they cannot be used on floors 1 and 2 on weekends, holidays and weekdays that close at 18:00. Check the precise day before buying entry.
Build the day around reset points
Arrive with a buffer, identify the venue’s stated baby-care option, choose one priority and leave after it if the child is tired. Do not book another non-refundable timed attraction immediately afterwards.
