For a stroller-dependent family, Sumida Aquarium is worth checking first. The operator lists ramps and elevators that can be used while pushing a stroller, plus two baby rest rooms, one on each floor. This describes the venue facilities, not the journey to the venue or crowd conditions.

For Sanrio Puroland, check the entry instructions for your chosen ticket route and package. If you use the operator’s official passport route, confirm both the passport and visit reservation. If you need the stroller for a nap, also check the day type: the operator says strollers cannot be used on floors 1 and 2 on weekends, public holidays and weekdays that close at 18:00.
